I threw together a basic Flux tile ControlNet workflow using InstantX’s Union Pro model. Right now, it’s the only tile ControlNet option available, so I figured I’d see how it handles upscaling.
Tile’s one of those tools that’s weirdly useful when you’re pushing an image to higher resolutions. It’s not magic, but it does a solid job cleaning up details that would otherwise get lost.
If you’re dealing with low-res or blurry source material, this might be worth a shot. I didn’t expect it to work as well as it did—some of the upscaled results were surprisingly sharp.
Workflow notes:
- Runs on InstantX’s Union Pro model
- Supports multiple ControlNet modes
- Handles upscaling better than I expected
Grab the ControlNet files here if you want to try it: Shakker-Labs/FLUX.1-dev-ControlNet-Union-Pro.
I tried it, but faces got destroyed:

I’m logged in, but I can’t download it. Even if I’m logged in, I get the message “You must be logged in to download Workflows this file.” even after I’ve logged in. Where can I find the workflow download, can you help me please?
I have sent you a file. If the download link is not visible, please clear your cache.
Is there any way to speed up the workflow?
